I began Activ8ME to help individuals improve strength, balance and fitness at any age. As we age we lose muscle mass at an alarming rate unless we actively train to maintain our strength. I specialise in personal training for over 40's and seniors to help improve their functionality and health outcomes. I am an AUSactive registered

I specialise in personal training for over 40's and seniors to help improve their functionality and health outcomes. I am an AUSactive registered professional and certified personal trainer holding a Master Trainer Level 1 awarded by the Australian Institute of Fitness. I am dedicated to helping you reach your strength and fitness goals by creating personalised workout plans and providing nutritional guidance to help you transform your body and live a healthier lifestyle. 90 minute assessment including static postural assessment, functional movement assessment, strength testing, cardio fitness testing
45 Minute assessment of posture and functional movement leading to program optimisation to address any limitations
45 Minute assessment of strength and cardiovascular performance using industry standard protocols. This can be used to establish a baseline and monitor progress.
Outdoor Group Fitness in a class of up to 10 people. Held at various locations and times around Victor Harbor.
Circuit class aimed at building muscular endurance
Low impact cardio workout aimed at building cardiovascular fitness
Mixed high intensity interval circuit aimed at improving power and cardio fitness. This class can involve high impact moves which can be adapted to lower impact for individual capability.
Dietary lifestyle coaching in ketogenic dietary approach and intermittent fasting for weight management
Two hour introduction to keto and intermittent fasting. Includes education of what foods to eat and what to avoid in order to get into ketosis
Progress check-in to determine how you are going and strategies for on-going success
